The GPS Method · Cohort 01

You've planned enough.
It's time to launch.

A 12-week supervised launch sprint for entrepreneurs ready to stop planning and start shipping. Not a course. Not a mastermind. A project-management-led execution sprint where you build, get feedback, and launch.

You don't need more information.
You need to finish what you started.

The offer exists.
The notes exist.
The launch still hasn't happened.

GPS is built for that gap.

What GPS actually is

A working launch environment — not another content library.

You bring a specific launch you are ready to move forward. GPS gives you the project structure, deadlines, direct feedback, and protected build time to get it out the door.

  • 12 weeks with a defined launch outcome.
  • Two live sessions each week with both facilitators.
  • Between-session support so a small roadblock does not become a lost week.
01 · The Brief

Get clear on the next move.

A 90-minute curriculum session with teaching, hot seats, and direct PM feedback. You leave with a specific deliverable — not more homework to interpret.

02 · The Lab

Then build it.

A 2–3 hour live build session. No passive slides. You work on the actual launch while both PMs circulate, troubleshoot, review, and keep the project moving.

03 · Between

Don't stay stuck until next week.

Async support between sessions for quick feedback, questions, and unblocks so momentum does not disappear between meetings.

1 Groundwork Offer, audience, positioning, messaging +
Weeks 1–4 Groundwork

Lock the decisions the rest of the launch depends on.

Validate the offer, define the audience, sharpen the positioning, and lock the messaging framework before you start producing assets.

  • Offer validation
  • Audience definition
  • Positioning
  • Messaging framework
2 Production Landing page, emails, content, infrastructure +
Weeks 5–8 Production

Turn the plan into a launch that actually exists.

Build the launch assets and infrastructure — including the emails, content, landing page, and supporting pieces needed to go live.

  • Landing page
  • Email sequence
  • Launch content
  • Infrastructure
3 Ship Review, launch, post-launch audit, 90-day plan +
Weeks 9–12 Ship

Finish, launch, learn, and know what happens next.

Use peer review and final polish to get the work over the line, launch live, audit the result, and leave with a 90-day action plan.

  • Peer review
  • Final polish
  • Live launch
  • Post-launch audit
  • 90-day plan

You won't spend 12 weeks learning how to launch. You'll spend 12 weeks launching.

The Founders

Two project managers.
40+ years of combined experience.

We are not coaches who hold space.
We are PMs who hold you to a deadline.

Marie-Lou Kalonji

Marie-Lou Kalonji

Co-Founder & Lead Facilitator

Marie-Lou Kalonji is a project strategist, operator and entrepreneur who helps turn ambitious ideas into work that actually moves. With 20+ years across project management, operations, communications and entrepreneurship, she brings structure to ideas without overcomplicating the process. She helps people move from “we should do this” to clear priorities, practical plans and tangible results.

She is particularly good at seeing what needs to happen next, breaking big ideas into manageable pieces and keeping people moving when projects get messy or momentum stalls. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a strong bias toward execution: test it, build it, learn from it and keep going.

Her philosophy? A good idea doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs somewhere to start.

Nadia Abuseif

Nadia Abuseif

Co-Founder & Lead Facilitator

Nadia Abuseif is a systems thinker, designer and innovation practitioner who helps people see connections others miss. With 20+ years across technology, R&D, strategy and social innovation, she brings systems thinking and design together to make sense of complexity and turn ideas into action. She teaches people to question assumptions, see problems differently and design for what could be next.

She is particularly good at bringing wildly different perspectives into the same room and finding the thread that makes things click.

Her philosophy? Complexity is not the problem. It’s where the interesting stuff starts.

The next thing you launch shouldn't live in your drafts.
